Both finished in great time!

Two of the main races in 2013 that were the focus for the Aktiv Team that we trained for were the Welland 70.3 and the Ironman 140.6 in Mont Tremblant, Quebec. Wolf set out the training plan for all to follow and we met 6 out of 7 days of the week, many days we had 2 workouts scheduled. One before work for an hour and a half and one after work. Daily goals were stressed, in swimming, biking and running. Brick workouts, time trials, hill repeats,  intervals, distance workouts, nutrition workshops, lactate threshold, heart rate zones and the swim series, were all included in the on-line plan.
